Attitude First Training Center is about improvement!  Our members enjoy dedicated coaches, instructors and mentors who want to see them improve in all aspects of life.   Sure at Attitude First Training Center we train the Martial Arts.   But the Martial Arts are just the vehicle used to grow and develop mentally, physically and spiritually.

We aren't the biggest training facility in town but we make up size with quality.   We have over 50 years of combined experience in training, coaching and competing to offer our members.  We contend that we have the most experience staff in the Glendale area and we're willing to put that to the test!

Please come by and see what we have to offer.   Located in a residentual area we are off the beaten path but we are conveniently located!  

Just north of the 101 and just west of 35th Avenue.

Our primary hours are:
4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday
3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Fridays
8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Saturdays

However, we do schedule privates and workshops by appointment.
