Self Defense
Kenpo is a self-defense system that incorporates hand strikes, kicking, submission grappling and weapons with a realistic approach to defending yourself in a modern world.Based on the science of Mr. Edmund K. Parker, the founder of American Kenpo and the continuing works of Skip Hancock and the Kenpo 2000 organization, Kenpo training at Attitude First maintains a focus on functional self defense.
