Well things got back on track. This morning was back down to 185.6 Again, I know that the weight is going to fluctuate. Although I am only having fluids, water weighs basically 9 lbs a gallon. Therefore depending on what my system releases my weight could be easily sway a couple pounds either way daily. Heck, that really happens any way right? More importantly my clothes are already starting to feel much more comfortable. Additionally the stiffness and soreness in the knees and joints feel better. My neck is noticeably better. I don’t attribute all this to the weight loss as much as I do to the addition of dedicated to drinking water. I find it amazing to think how little water I was normally drinking on a daily basis. However, it has been an easy transition to increase more. Overall though my weight really is on track I should be losing about a pound a day average on what I am doing. I’m down 12 so that’s about right.
So what’s next, well the “training” has kicked in. Mike’s forcing me to train more in the MMA classes. I will have to increase over time as everyone in that class has really improved over the past few years. After a pretty hard Monday’s SECS, I was able to stay pretty active in the MMA for almost an hour. I hope to make it more and more of a complete hour and then increase the time after that. Running also starts this week. I think I will get in a little on tomorrow, Friday and then again on Sunday. Jea and I are starting to walk on Tuesday and Thursday nights since classes end a little earlier on those nights than on Monday and Wednesdays.
I will continue the liquid fast through Friday, that’s going to give me a full 14 day process. My next plan is to go to the “Daniel Diet” for another 10 days. Which is fruits and Veggies only. Going forward I feel it is more important to move these entries to what I really want to “Get At” which is training methods! So, with that said… here’s my overall synopsis so far; This has been a rewarding experience! Yes, there still are two more days to go so final conclusions in two days! Then on to TRAINING!!!
