Again really day 4.5 (Yes, I will stop saying that!) Pretty easy day overall don’t feel any real issues; waves of energy or fatigue. Everything is starting to balance out. I was able to train a little more vigorously last night as I sparred a little in Stand Up class.
It was exciting to see Mr. Lee Noehring join us!
I started changing the routine a little; had a small berry smoothie with pomegranate juice and ¼ of an avocado in it. I attempted to have carrot juice for dinner but the juice messed up so I had a little of a blended tomato soup that Jea had made a few days before.
I made a vegetable broth that I can warm and sip in the evenings. Looking forward to that!
This morning I weighed in only at 188.0 not as big of a drop as in the previous three days. But that is to be expected for a couple of reasons. First my body is probably hanging on to the calories it received from the juices. Also as everything starts to balance the weight loss should also balance to about a pound a day. Additionally I drank about 16 oz of water prior to weighing. I know that doesn’t sound like much put it really is about 1.5 pounds of fluid that I didn’t get rid of prior to weighing.
So for today it is Hot water with lemon, honey and Cayenne. Water most of the day as I will be doing CPR/First Aid training for employees at work and no time to get anything else.
One thing I am really noticing is that things are really starting to slow down. The days really seem to pass by rather slow. I can’t imagine how much we focus our days around eating and meal times. Not saying that is a bad thing just noticing it!
Tonight looking to see how the workout goes with SECS and if I have enough to do anything with the MMA guys also we will try that broth… Yeah!
